Born out of skateboarding's relentless spirit of progression and self expression, the Half Cab came into being in the early 90s when skaters began cutting down the hi-top Caballero Pro. With nothing but scissors and duct tape, they transformed it into a mid-top that was better suited for street skating, and unknowingly created what would be one of the most influential skate shoes of all time.
